walkthrough plox. I've beaten the original one, but back then newgrounds was cool. not so much these days, and more than half of these people are not really iconic.

CJspellsfish responds:

I disagree, but if this is true, then it’s probably because we coulda picked just about anybody to draw an icon for

Bountyspecialtist responds:

Honestly newgrounds doesn’t really have icons anymore and more piggy off of the original animations and games. I can see where you come from

Vidyabatter responds:

is it constructive to you enough?

Holy shit, I instantly remembered your game from ch. 1, just by looking at the title. That's how memorable it was. One of a kind experience.

JoelLikesPigs responds:

Damn dude! That means a lot :)

Submission is nice like usual.

But I don't feel like following it, as it always kinda felt like a chore. Maybe I changed? Maybe after reaching million points, my enthusiasm kinda slowed down?

Are there going to be sequels? I feel like a much better idea is to wait few years, and just get simultaneously medals from 2021. 2022. 2023, etc.

Also, you really should do something with that loading bar loading forever.

BrandyBuizel responds:

If medals are all you're after then yea, this game would def make you jaded.

What's your browser? The loading bar hardly takes more than 4 seconds on my end.

any hint about the secret? or should I go fuck myself?

JimmyCarlos responds:

Sure, here's a clue for you:

When she was around, (and to an extent even now), Mumsy was the sunshine of my life.

Hard as fuck

jefvel responds:

yup, here's a playthrough if you want some tips how to win: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByUGwE6V7VA

The game itself is good. Story and gameplay is really good.
But what is better - the attitude of the creator. This person really cares about making the best game possible, is also very patient, very kind, and very helpful. My praise doesn't mean much, but trust me, a person that is this determined to improve the work, will go really far.
Hopefully, you will be able to make some money on your works.

Kitadashi responds:

Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to me. 🍀

Some people might wonder why am I scoring high, "tell us mr fuckoffasshole, why do you love this and why".

The answer is simple - flash games are easy to play and they work flawlessly. No bugs, no problems, no frustation and smooth gameplay. Correct balance between fun, difficulty and story, and has a recognizable RZ style. No pretentiousness, no stupid over-the-top graphics that either crash the browser, or are a substitute for gameplay. The game harkens back to the glory days of NG, where creators were making simpler games, but with much bigger replay value. It's nice to see some old school veterans still being good at this, and keeping the quality over the years. I might edit this review (or not), because I don't think I managed to put all the reasons the way I feel, but that's the reality - this game should be analyzed by aspiring creators in how to make a good game. Simple as, nothing fancy. And yet, it eludes plenty of people, who get bitchy, when someone points them out the flaws and bugs in their games. Also, you should support RunningZombie.

So to answer your question - why should I not love this game?

RunningZombie responds:

You're always one of the first to play and review my games and I really appreciate the kind words. I always make sure to add a bunch of medals for users like yourself on that medal grind.

okay so in order to get the hank medal you need to use different nose than madness nose.

FOR FUCK SAKE HOW THE HELL DO YOU FUCK THIS UP? The madness nose is literally the iconic one. If I didn't like this game, I would rate 0 for such blasphemy

the code for hank should be 6-11-2-0-4-0-19-8-0-6-4-0
so to anyone who wants that medal, use the code above, and try different noses, until you get the medal

Keeby10 responds:

oh wait really? thats messed up. ill bring that up with the code guys, its not supposed to be that way.

The logo of lashmush is badass. That's the only thing I can say about your game. Thanks for introducing me to him, I will spend some money on his music. And frankly, I feel like a total asshole, because judging from your enthusiasm, you basically spent your whole life designing the game. Thing is, if it's too easy to die at the beginning of the game, because the controls are too unforgiving, or rather, too tedious, then it's not a good game. There are plenty of creators on NG, who put less effort than you did, and the final results were legendary. Yes, I am dissing you, and yes, I feel bad about it, because you don't deserve it, but you're going to get it anyway. Tough life.

The controls, or rather, lack of proper control of the plane is the biggest issue and the enemy of you getting the 5/5 rating.

3p0ch responds:

Yeah Lashmush is frickin' badass :3

I added medals to see how far people make it through the game, and it might be too early to draw conclusions but right now 26 people have started and 6 have made it through level 1 so I gotta admit you're right and it turned out much harder for most people than I expected it to be, and all the effort that went into the rest of the game means nothing to people who don't make it there.

Back with Daxolissian System: Cat's Eye I knew difficulty would be a problem and added cheats to let people soften it up some, but in the medals on that game no one actually finished it with cheats turned on, so adding an easier option to this game probably wouldn't be a good solution.

Since I'm purely a hobbyist who's not trying to make money from the game I don't need to give a crap about the ratings; if a handful of hardcore gamers check it out and think it kicks ass then that'll be good enough for me. But I wish there were a good mechanism to get feedback from a broad range of people with varying skill levels during beta testing so I could tweak things to make it more enjoyable for more people -- I got very few replies to forum threads along the lines of "please check out my game in beta" with Cat's Eye and this game.
